Mankind Pharma - Rs. 3.49 crores in 1995 to Rs. 3500 crores 2015.

R C Juneja started his career in 1974 with KeePharma Limited, working as a medical representative. In 1975, he joined Lupin and worked there as first-line manager for 8 years. In 1983 he resigned from Lupin Limited and started his own company Bestochem in Partnership. In 1994, Juneja withdrew his ownership from Bestochem and in 1995 incepted Mankind Pharma along with his younger brother Mr. Rajeev Juneja with an investment of Rs. 50 lakhs and an initial team of 25 Medical Representatives. Mankind Pharma - Rs. 3.49 crores in 1995 to Rs. 3500 crores 2015. Products like Manforce (condoms), Prega-news (pregnancy detection kit), Unwanted-72 (emergency contraceptive pills) and Addiction deodorants have raised its visibility and built brand awareness. The Company's ads are appreciated even in primary schools.
